Tomer Zirkilevich

Tomer Zirkilevich is an Israeli Choreographer, director, performer and teacher, based in Berlin. Graduate of The School of Dance Arts of Kibbutzim College, Tel-Aviv; Choreographer of the works: My David & SODOM, Psyche and Amor; Infidelity: A love story; Like Father Likes Son (part 2), Auf Wiedersehn and more; His works have been shown in different festivals and venues around Europe. His video dance ‘Objective Romance’ won several prizes in festivals around the world. Tomer works in the fields of physical theater and screen and stage performance. The wide theme in his works is “conflict of values and social norms”.

Jordan Fuchs

A Professor of Dance at TWU, Jordan Fuchs is the founder of the Texas Dance Improvisation Festival and a former Fulbright Specialist. His choreography is grounded in improvisational practice, specifically the bias towards disorientation, sensation and process of contact improvisation, a movement form he has been practicing for more than 25 years. In addition to his stage choreography, he also creates work for video screens, museums and outdoor spaces. His choreography has been commissioned by Danspace Project, hailed as “magical” by Jennifer Dunning of the New York Times and presented across the US and internationally.
