Emi Matsushita

Emi L. Matsushita is a multifaceted creative entrepreneur and educator with a unique blend of scientific knowledge, artistic expertise, and business acumen. A seasoned dance professional with 28+ years of global experience, she empowers creatives through coaching, entrepreneurship, and embodied leadership. Emi has founded and danced with companies worldwide and holds an MFA in Dance Science from Trinity Laban (UK). As a Creative Director and producer, she has curated events like Bridges Festival, Mount Dora Movement Festival, and Open Your Mind. An educator at UNT and Dallas College, Emi uses movement for education, connection, and healing. She also chairs Art Boost Dallas, advancing entrepreneurship initiatives for the DFW creative community.
Niloo Jalilvand
Dallas, Texas, USA
Niloo Jalilvand is an artist, educator, and founder of Pegasus Media Project, a nonprofit that empowers emerging artists through media arts education and community-driven storytelling. A former director of the Film and Video Program at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, she brings decades of experience mentoring young creatives. Her interdisciplinary work explores displacement, identity, and cultural memory, blending analog and digital forms. She holds an MFA in Art and Technology and has received support from the National Endowment for the Arts, Texas Commission on the Arts, TACA, the City of Dallas, and more. Niloo is passionate about uplifting youth and underrepresented voices through the power of film.


Yanina Orellana
Guadalajara, Mexico
Yanina Orellana is a dancer, choreographer, and video-dance director from Guadalajara, Mexico. Her multimedia dance project "Altar Digital" received the PECDA Jalisco Grant (2020), was presented at the FID Jalisco (2022), and won the "Best Video Dance Award" at the Muestra de Movimiento Audiovisual (2023). Yanina was a judge at the International Video-Dance Competition Apantalla "Donde pongo el ojo pongo la danza" (2019). She was a teaching artist at "Focus the Body," a training program for video dance production in Jalisco (2022). She is part of "Sintropia Audiovisual" collective, selected by IMCINE to teach audiovisual training workshops for the visibility of agro-ecology in Mexico (2023).
Fausto Jijón Quelal
Mexico
Cultural manager, performing artist, professional photographer. Fausto Jijón Quelal began his artistic career as a dancer and choreographer in his home country, Ecuador, where he also worked as a photographer.
Now based in Mexico, he has worked as a performing artist, videographer, and photographer. He teaches the workshop Graphic Movement, which explores movement improvisation through dance and photography. This workshop has been held in Ecuador, Mexico, and Argentina.
